1. Fight Tooth and Nail for Mid

We cannot stress this enough: whoever controls mid, controls the game. The midsection of Corrode features incredibly long sightlines. Attackers need to smoke off defender sightlines to push up safely, allowing them to split their pressure and rotate quickly between A and B. If you are on defense, keeping constant pressure on Mid Window and Mid Top will choke out the attackers' options and make their pushes highly predictable.

2. Mind the Puddles

Corrode features a unique environmental hazard: flooded walkways. Running through these water-logged areas creates distinct, loud audio cues that will instantly give away your position to anyone within earshot. While it’s best to avoid these routes altogether, if you absolutely must rotate through them, hold your shift key. Moving slowly is the only way to mask your approach.
