You may choose one of our many ranked or non ranked services, where you have the option to choose between Solo Sessions or Duo Coaching. After we receive your payment and user information, you can customize your order and we will begin training with one of our Master/Challenger or Immortal3/Radiant Pro Players after a short period of time.

2. How much does Coaching cost?

Service prices start from $0.99 but vary depending on your current rank and the service you select. You can select any service from our homepage to simulate the price in real time, and it will update automatically according to the game, server, and type of service.

3. Which Payment Methods do you Accept?

We process payments through Stripe, Paymentwall, and Crypto, which allow payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Skrill, PaySafe Card, SOFORT Banking, IDeal Payment, SMS payment, and many other options.

4. Once I pay for the Skill Boost, what do I do next?

Once you have paid for the order, make sure you register on our site and then log into your account. You will receive a confirmation link by email to create a new account if there is no account registered to your email address. After you are logged into your GGBoost account, you will be able to customize the details of your service. Once you've customized your order, the service is ready to begin.

5. Can I get banned for coaching?

Coaching is objectively not against the terms of use of any gaming company, and some companies encourage players to look for guidance from more experienced players.

6. Are the Pro Players Toxic / Do They Rage/ Flame during Games?

Our Pro Players cannot act innapropriately, under any circumstance. Also, after your order is complete, you can review your pro player's performance. Pro Players who receive negative reviews from customers will no longer be provided with orders, so they have every reason to act polite and professional while representing our company.

7. I have a Specific selection of Summoner Spells and I want the Pro Player to help me while I use them, can he do it?

Yes, it's part of our free customization process to allow you to pick your favorite Summoner Spells, and the pro player will help you master them during the coaching sessions.

8. How can I Choose the Role/Champions/Agents I Want to Play?

When you are logged into your account on our website, before and after placing your order, there is an area where you can select them for free. We will make sure our pro players help you master them during the skill boosting sessions.

9. Can I play on my account while the service is active?

Yes, you can play on your account without a coach guiding you during a service, but it's recommended to try and schedulle with your pro-player to make sure he can stay on track of your progress without missing any matches.

10. How can I talk to the Pro Player, without using the League Client?

You can contact the Pro Player for any questions or concerns using the Order Chat interface found in the customer Order Dashboard.

11. Can I spectate the games made by the Pro Player?

Yes, you can spectate the Pro using streaming. We have a system that allows you to easily watch the games. Also, you can use external tools to spectate such as op.gg or porofessor.gg.

12. Is there an Option to do Duo Queue with my Pro Player?

Yes, select the Duo Coaching option from our list of services, and you can play with one of your pro players until you reach the desired goal.

13. How many Pro Players will be Active During the Service?

Only one Pro is assigned to your service. If an assigned Pro cannot play due to an emergency or any other unspecified reason, they will be replaced by another qualified Pro to ensure that your order is completed on time.

14. What is the "Tip" Option?

Tips are optional, but if you like the Pro Player, you can tip or gift an amount of your choosing. Pro Players get 75% of the tip value, the remaining percentage are order fees, meaning the site won't take anything from the tip value.

15. What if I am dissatisfied with the Pro Player on my service? Can I swap?

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the Pro, you can use your order dashboard to request a new one. If we have one available, the order will be instantly transferred. If for any reason you are not able to do it in your order dashboard, talk to our 24/7 live support, and they will help you immediately.

16. I bought a Skill Boost, but I selected the wrong Game/Server/Rank, what should i do?

17. I Bought a coaching service for a Specific Division, but ended up achieving a superior rank, will I be charged more money?

No, the price is fixed. Any rank you achieve beyond the rank you purchased is free of charge and a result of your high MMR.

18. How much time is needed for Skill Boosting services to be complete?

Services vary based on the specifications of each order. These factors include the type of service, how many games/divisions you want to climb, and external factors outside of our control, such as in-game patches, server status, and unforeseen circumstances that might result in a ranked queues shutting down. However, you can rest assured that our team is focused on completing your training as quickly as possible.

19. What Servers is the Service Available in?

You will find our services available for the following servers: North America, EU West, EU Nordic & East, Oceania and Middle East.

20. If I am not Satisfied with a Service I Bought from you, can I get a Refund?

Once the services that were purchased have started, a refund is no longer possible. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us on Live Support and we will try to find a reasonable solution.

21. The server I play does not appear on your list, what now?
