1. How does Elo Boosting Work and what can I Expect?

You may choose one of our many ranked or non ranked services, where you have the option to choose between Solo Boosting or Duo Boosting. After we receive your payment and user information, you can customize your order and we will begin the boost with one of our Master/Challenger or Immortal3/Radiant Boosters after a short period of time.

2. How much does Elo Boost cost?

Boosting prices start from $0.99 but vary depending on your current rank and the service you select. You can select any service from our homepage to simulate the price in real time, and it will update automatically according to the game, server, and type of service.

3. Which Payment Methods do you Accept?

We process payments through Stripe, in association with Stripe allows you to order ELO Boosting with Credit Card, Debit Card, Skrill, PaySafe Card, SOFORT Banking, IDeal Payment, SMS payment, and many other options.

4. Once I pay for the Elo Boost, what do I do next?

Once you have paid for the Valorant or LoL boost, make sure you register on our site and then log into your account. You will receive a confirmation link by email to create a new account if there is no account registered to your email address. After you are logged into your GGBoost account, you will be able to customize the details of your service. Once you’ve customized your order, the service is ready to begin.

5. How can I be sure my Riot Account won't be Stolen?

It is not possible to steal accounts since every account has a specific email associated with it that only the owner has access to, so your account is always under your control. Regardless, we also take extreme care to ensure that your information is kept secure by hiding it from the boosters with an app developed by us and used by all staff members.

6. Can I get banned for boosting?

The chances of being banned for elo boosting are extremely low. At GGBoost, we are on the technological vanguard for security, and thanks to our GG App Safety Features, we have never had a single ban.

7. Are the Boosters Toxic / Do They Rage/ Flame during Games?

Our Boosters cannot speak, under any circumstance, while in your account. Also, after your order is complete, you can review your elo booster performance. Boosters who receive negative reviews from customers will no longer be provided with orders, so they have every reason to act polite and professional while representing our company. On top of that, we have an in-game message tracking system that allows us to control what is being written or said.

8. Do the Boosters have access to my in-game currencies and wallet?

Boosters are not allowed to do any purchase/gift or any kind of transaction while inside your account without your express consent in the Order Dashboard Chat or Notes to Booster.

9. Will the booster talk to my friends while the boost is active?

No, the booster will have the ability to play offline, which means that the in-game chat is unavailable and they can't receive or send any messages. This also means other players won't be able to spectate the game using the client.

10. Will the Booster Change my in-game settings?

In order to perform at their best every game, Elo Boosters might need to change certain aspects of the game settings, but in the end they will revert any changes made in the process.

11. I have a Specific Order of Summoner Spells and I want the Booster to Follow it, can he do it?

Yes, it's part of our free customization process to allow you to pick your favorite keyset, and the booster will follow your request during the elo boost.

12. How can I Choose the Role/Champions/Agents I Want the Booster to Play?

When you are logged into your account on our website, before and after placing your order, there is an area where you can select them for free. We will make sure our boosters follow that request during the elo boosting process.

13. Can I play on my account while you are working on it?

You can play on your account during an elo boost service, but please be sure that the booster is not logged into your account. Also, please refrain from playing the specific ranked mode you purchased, as this conflicts with the services we are providing. The ideal way to make this happen is to schedule it with your assigned booster in the order chat for better time optimization.

14. How can I talk to the Booster, without using the League Client?

You can contact the Booster for any questions or concerns using the Order Chat interface found in the customer Order Dashboard.

15. Can I spectate the games made on my account?

Yes, you can spectate the booster through our website. We have a system that allows you to easily watch the games while your account is being used. Also, you can use external tools to spectate such as op.gg or porofessor.gg

16. Is there an Option to do Duo Boost with my Booster?

Yes, select the Duo Queue boost option from our list of services, and you can play with one of your boosters throughout the order until you reach the desired goal.

17. How many Boosters will be Active on my Account?

Only one booster is assigned to your account, so only one booster will have access to your account. If a booster locks your account and cannot play due to an emergency or any other unspecified reason, they will be replaced by another qualified booster to ensure that your order is completed on time.

18. What is the "Tip" Option?

Tips are optional, but if you like the Booster, you can tip or gift an amount of your choosing. Boosters get 90% of the tip value, the remaining 10% are order fees, meaning the site won't take anything from the tip value.

19. What if I am dissatisfied with the Booster on my account? Can I swap Boosters?

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the booster, you can use your order dashboard to request a new one. If we have one available, the order will be instantly transferred. If for any reason you are not able to do it in your order dashboard, talk to our 24/7 live support, and they will help you immediately.

20. I bought an Elo Boost, but I selected the wrong Game/Server/Rank, what should i do?

21. I Bought an Elo Boosting for a Specific Division, but you guys achieved a superior rank, will I be charged more money?

No, the price is fixed. Any rank you achieve beyond the rank you purchased is free of charge and a result of your high MMR.

22. How much time is needed for Elo Boosting services to be complete?

Services vary based on the specifications of each order. These factors include the type of boost, how many games/divisions are purchased, and external factors outside of our control, such as in-game patches, server status, and unforeseen circumstances that might result in a rank shutdown. However, you can rest assured that our team is focused on completing your order as quickly as possible.

23. What Servers do You Boost in?

You will find our services available for the following servers: North America, EU West, EU Nordic & East, Oceania and Middle East.

24. If I am not Satisfied with a Boost I Bought from you, can I get a Refund?

Once the services that were purchased have started, a refund is no longer possible. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us on Live Support and we will try to find a reasonable solution.

25. The server I play does not appear on your list, what now?

In that case, talk to our live support chat, they will try to find a viable solution to satisfy your needs.
