On top of that, we have an in-game message tracking system that allows us to control what is being written or said.

8. Do the Boosters have access to my in-game currencies and wallet?

Boosters are not allowed to do any purchase/gift or any kind of transaction while inside your account without your express consent in the Order Dashboard Chat or Notes to Booster.

9. Will the booster talk to my friends while the boost is active?

No, the booster will have the ability to play offline, which means that the in-game chat is unavailable and they can't receive or send any messages. This also means other players won't be able to spectate the game using the client.

10. Will the Booster Change my in-game settings?

In order to perform at their best every game, Elo Boosters might need to change certain aspects of the game settings, but in the end they will revert any changes made in the process.

11. I have a Specific Order of Summoner Spells and I want the Booster to Follow it, can he do it?

Yes, it's part of our free customization process to allow you to pick your favorite keyset, and the booster will follow your request during the elo boost.

12. How can I Choose the Role/Champions/Agents I Want the Booster to Play?

13. Can I play on my account while you are working on it?

You can play on your account during an elo boost service, but please be sure that the booster is not logged into your account. 15. Can I spectate the games made on my account?

Yes, you can spectate the booster through our website. We have a system that allows you to easily watch the games while your account is being used. Also, you can use external tools to spectate such as op.gg or porofessor.gg

16. Is there an Option to do Duo Boost with my Booster?

Yes, select the Duo Queue boost option from our list of services, and you can play with one of your boosters throughout the order until you reach the desired goal.

17. I am in Promos, can you Do it for Me?

Yes, if you choose the division or rank boost option, because it is guaranteed that we will complete the promotions, even if we initially fail at it. The net wins is not the safest option for this particular goal since we only give you higher Valorant or LoL MMR and it might not result in the promotion series being completed successfully.

18. How many Boosters will be Active on my Account?

Only one booster is assigned to your account, so only one booster will have access to your account. If a booster locks your account and cannot play due to an emergency or any other unspecified reason, they will be replaced by another qualified booster to ensure that your order is completed on time.

19. What is the "Tip" Option?

Tips are optional, but if you like the Booster, you can tip or gift an amount of your choosing. Boosters get 90% of the tip value, the remaining 10% are order fees, meaning the site won't take anything from the tip value.

20. What if I am dissatisfied with the Booster on my account? Can I swap Boosters?

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the booster, you can use your order dashboard to request a new one. If we have one available, the order will be instantly transferred. If for any reason you are not able to do it in your order dashboard, talk to our 24/7 live support, and they will help you immediately.

21. I bought an Elo Boost, but I selected the wrong Game/Server/Rank, what should i do?

22. I Bought an Elo Boosting for a Specific Division, but you guys achieved a superior rank, will I be charged more money?

No, the price is fixed. Any rank you achieve beyond the rank you purchased is free of charge and a result of your high MMR.

23. How much time is needed for Elo Boosting services to be complete?

Services vary based on the specifications of each order. These factors include the type of boost, how many games/divisions are purchased, and external factors outside of our control, such as in-game patches, server status, and unforeseen circumstances that might result in a rank shutdown. However, you can rest assured that our team is focused on completing your order as quickly as possible.

24. What Servers do You Boost in?

You will find our services available for the following servers: North America, EU West, EU Nordic & East, and Oceania.

25. Right now I gain less than 12 league points per Game, can I use the Division Boost Option?

If you win less than 12 league points per game, this means your lol MMR is very low, in this case, the division boost is not an option because most likely one loss will result in the loss of progression equivalent to two wins. In order to improve your LoL MMR we have the Net Wins service that will fit much better and will help you stabilize future gains.

26. If I am not Satisfied with a Boost I Bought from you, can I get a Refund?

Once the services that were purchased have started, a refund is no longer possible. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us on Live Support and we will try to find a reasonable solution.
