MSI, or the Mid-Season Invitational, is an annual esports tournament organized by Riot Games, typically occurring between the spring and summer splits of various regional leagues. It serves as a platform for top teams from different regions to compete on an international stage, showcasing their skills and strategies.

The MSI 2023 was one of the most fought-out and exciting events in gaming history, with League of Legends beating viewership records across the biggest streaming platforms online and boosting JD Gaming directly into Worlds 2023. T1 would end up facing the top teams from the LPL, which dominated the tournament, only to come out on top and claim their rightful place as the League of Legends World Champions, and it all started right here at the Mid-Season Invitational!

After the huge success of last year’s event, both in terms of competitiveness and viewership, the MSI will embrace a new format and grant an extra chance to qualify for Worlds 2024.

For MSI 2024, Riot Games announced significant changes to the format. The winning team not only secures the MSI title but also earns automatic qualification for Worlds 2024, the pinnacle event of the League of Legends season. This victory also grants their region an extra slot at the Worlds, enhancing their representation.

But first, we finally have the full list of organizations that qualified for the MSI 2024.
