The highly anticipated LEC Season Finals 2023 is almost here, and European League of Legends fans can't wait.

The top teams are gearing up for a clash of titans, vying for the coveted title of 2023 European champion. Here's what you need to know:

The top three teams in the LEC Finals secure direct entry into the Swiss stage of Worlds 2023. The fourth-placed team gets another shot at Worlds through the Worlds Qualifying Series, facing off against Golden Guardians, LCS' fourth seed.

The event kicks off at the LEC studio in Berlin before moving to the Sud de France Arena in Montpellier for the lower bracket final and title match. The EMEA Masters Summer Finals will also take place in the French arena, making it an exciting addition to the LEC roadshow.

The EMEA Masters 2023 Summer marks the twelfth installment of Europe's top semi-professional tournament, encompassing 13 League of Legends European Regional Leagues (ERLs). Formerly recognized as EU Masters, this event is now in its second edition since the amalgamation of EU, TR, CIS, and MENA into the EMEA region. Every ERL selects their finest regional talents to compete on behalf of their nation, battling for regional honor. The EMEA Masters functions as the secondary tier of competition beneath the LEC, Europe's premier League of Legends tournament.

While the teams are locked in, the final seeding and bracket depend on the outcome of EXCEL's match against G2.

G2 Esports, MAD Lions, Fnatic, and Team BDS (qualified for the WQS) have secured their spots as the LEC's four Worlds teams.

Team BDS impressed with a 3-0 win over SK Gaming, securing at least a chance to play for the fourth seed. Despite a nail-biting match, Fnatic, even with Oscarinin sidelined due to a hand injury, managed to qualify directly for Worlds. BDS is now eliminated from Season Finals contention and must face Golden Guardians to qualify for Worlds.
