End a Year of Valorant Boosting with VP Gifts in Patch 11.11
Valorant is closing out 2025 with a major quality of life upgrade. Patch 11.11 is live, and the final update of the year finally brings one of the most requested social features in the game: gifting Valorant Points. Alongside this long awaited addition, Riot is also delivering a wide collection of bug fixes that target Agents, abilities, UI issues, and even some strange interactions on Haven.
The timing could not be better. Valorant has been in the spotlight throughout the second half of the year after celebrating its fifth anniversary. The game’s switch to Unreal Engine 5 delivered a clear graphical boost and paved the way for smoother updates. Riot also spent the past months pushing out meaningful Agent changes across every class, including a refresh to Harbor that players had been waiting on for years. Patch 11.11 now ties together this eventful stretch with a feature the community has been asking for since launch.

Riot Releases Valorant Points GiftingThe headline addition is the arrival of VP gifting. Starting December 3, selected players will begin to see a new purchase option in the Valorant store that lets them send Valorant Points directly to friends. The rollout is staggered, so availability will appear gradually across accounts. VP Gifts are a welcome addition to the game for players who are eager to celebrate the holiday season in-game. |
How to Gift VP in Valorant
To gift VP to your friends, open the "VP Purchase" page, click the Gift icon next to the amount of VP you want to offer, choose your friend, and click "next". Your friend will receive your VP gift instantly!
Just like skin gifting, VP gifting comes with a few eligibility requirements. The recipient must be at least account level 15, must have been on your friends list for a week, and cannot have an active or recent ban. If those boxes are checked, you can gift freely. This finally gives players a way to send someone the currency they need without guessing which cosmetic they want.

Patch 11.11 Agent Fixes
A large portion of Patch 11.11 focuses on ironing out frustrating Agent bugs that have been lingering in day to day play. Chamber’s Rendezvous audio abruptly cutting out during the teleport animation has been fixed. Clove is back to the spotlight as a Valorant Booster favorite, after she received a long list of corrections that address odd interactions with Not Dead Yet, missing HUD updates, and overheal effects that would not disappear properly.
Cypher players will notice more reliable gadget behavior after fixes to Cyber Cage visibility, Spycam recovery visuals, and Trapwire activation states. Jett mains also benefit from a fix for the rare but annoying issue where she could get stuck mid air near ledges.
The recent Harbor rework also received extra tuning. Several odd interactions involving Storm Surge, Reckoning, and Cove have been cleaned up. These ranged from minimap indicators lingering too long to inaccurate visual effects on spectators.
Iso’s Kill Contract has been refined as well. Reyna, Clove, and Phoenix now enter and exit the duel with consistent health and shield values, especially when Phoenix is mid Run It Back. Phoenix also received a correction to inaccurate Hot Hands healing reports.
Additional adjustments include fixes for Reyna’s lingering HUD prompts, Skye accidentally healing deployables, Tejo pushing players with Stealth Done, Veto firing through walls, and Vyse causing recon abilities to get stuck inside Shear walls. Many of these issues were incredibly niche but still frustrating during competitive play.
Map and UI Updates
Haven received one gameplay fix in A Link, where unexpected wall penetration was possible. This interaction has now been removed.
A known issue with ranked gun buddies is also noted in the patch. V25A3 buddies may temporarily appear with the incorrect name V25A6 in collections, but this will be corrected in Patch 12.00. Progress for both sets remains safe.
On the PC side, Riot has officially confirmed that VP gifting is now active. Players can find the option directly in the Valorant Points purchase screen. The feature will reach all regions through the staggered rollout.
The Agents page also received a UI refresh. It now displays the entire roster in a clean grid layout that can be navigated using either the mouse or arrow keys. It keeps the spirit of the old menu but presents the information in a clearer and more modern format. Meanwhile, the Collections UI improvements introduced in Patch 11.10 are now live for Korea.
A Great End to a Year of Valorant
Patch 11.11 may not introduce new content, but the introduction of VP gifting plus dozens of bug fixes makes it a welcome update. The ability to share Valorant Points directly is a welcome sight in a game that has always relied heavily on cosmetic drops and skin bundles. With the new addition, Riot closes the year with a gift to every played and sets the stage for what is coming next in 2026.
