TFT Patch 13.18: Best Team Compositions from Bilgewater to the Void

Welcome to the GG Boost community! Teamfight Tactics patch 13.18 is live, and it’s time to take a look at the team compositions that are already standing out above the rest.

TFT Runeterra Reforged has brought a level of quality to the game that only Galaxies had achieved before, and the mid-set update, Horizonbound, is a huge improvement on the set’s traits, mechanics, and champion pool.

Earlier this week, a few content creators like BunnyMuffins were already breaking the ranked ladder with the new comps, but some of the most powerful squads might surprise you. Let’s take a look at the team comps that have been shaking the board.

Void Bruisers

Who ever thought Malzahar would be a one-cost carry? While the Void Mage was relatively useless in the first half of the set, the recent buffs to Bruisers and Void units have made him a force to be reckoned with.

Nilah and Silco are returning this set

This hyper-roll build stacks Chogath, Rek'Sai, and Malzahar, with Cho and Malza as the main tank and carry, respectively, with all the remaining bruisers, and counts with a special guest as the main support.

Silco has made his triumphant return to TFT, and he brought a truckload of "shimmer" with him!

Whenever he casts, he’ll throw a vial at his target, causing a splash effect that afflicts all affected enemies with a damage over time debuff and boosts the HP regeneration of all allies hit by the cloud.

Bilgewaters

This team comp is as simple as it gets: stack every Bilgewater unit on your board, add a Darius for synergy, and spam your items across the units. This trait is very promising, but the best part is that Miss Fortune is a great secondary carry, right behind Nilah, who, if you can stack her with a couple of "Rapid Firecannons" and any other item, will absolutely shipwreck your opponent’s team.

Nilah and Gangplank, two Bilgewater units

Gangplank, the new Legendary Gunner for this set, is also an amazing addition, as his ultimate causes a ship to sail against the enemy squad, dealing tons of damage.

Juggernaut Strategists

Did you really think Riot would let Azir go? After the huge popularity boost this champion received as a hyper carry in the first half of the set, the Shuriman Emperor returns in style.

If you want to rain down an army of sand soldiers upon your enemies, stack four Juggernauts on the frontline, prioritize Nasus as your main tank, and slap the new item, Nashor’s Tooth, on Azir together with a Jeweled Gauntlet. Add an extra Guinsoo’s Rageblade to the mix and watch as your soldiers raze the board with ease.

Rogues

After all this time, we can finally go back to the golden era of "Assassin" builds.

If you manage to three-star both Qiyana and Katarina, it’s game over. The addition of Sterak’s Gage to the item pool means that you can turn the Ixtallian princess into an unkillable CC machine. The Infinity Edge and the Bloodthirster are the core build, together with Sterak’s.

While Katarina will be a very reliable source of damage, nothing beats watching Qiqi stun your enemies time and time again and heal herself back to full health with each cast.

Bonus points if you manage to invest in Mordekaiser for the very late game.

Voids

Of course, we couldn’t let out the classic vertical Voids build. If you’re lucky enough to get your hands on the elusive Void Emblem and hold the line until level 8, you will become unstoppable.

Fiora is a nice option to complete the board since she synergizes well with Kai’sa.

Equipping your Bel’Veth and Kai’Sa is mandatory, but the core of the build is the Baron Nashor, which will only spawn after you gather eight Void units (emblem included).

The Baron is the final boss of League of Legends for a reason: the King of the Void is nearly unkillable and deals unbalanced amounts of damage. This is still the Exodia build for TFT.

As a bonus, if you manage to get both Poppy and Heimerdinger to three stars, Heimer will still get level four, just like in the previous patch. While this is extremely hard to achieve, it’s sure to put a stop to any strategy, so give it a try if you’re brave enough.

Heimerdinger 4 star

Use these strategies while they’re OP but don’t forget to try your own. Stay tuned for more news about Teamfight Tactics!
