Using Think Fast's infinite rerolls, professional Teamfight Tactics player DQA displayed one of the best APMs we've ever seen.

Sadly, the TFT veteran was unable to hit the desired Zed three star.

Although Think Fast is considered the best boost you can get in a TFT match, there's a very small chance you still won't get the right units.

Teamfight Tactics, a well-known auto-battle game by Riot, is a game of chance, talent, and strategy. It takes skill and quick thinking on the part of the players to create the ideal squad composition that will eliminate the opposition's players. Professional players of the game conduct extensive research and study the game to make sure they have the theory and understanding necessary to succeed.

With the start of Set 9, players can use different portals to influence the flow of the game, but even with the perfect portal and Augment combo, nothing is guaranteed.

In Teamfight Tactics, winning matches isn't necessarily always a matter of talent and strategy. One of the game's fundamental features involves rolling your shop for units, and occasionally you'll get lucky and acquire all the units you need to boost your board and nearly guarantee a win. On the other hand, you could also be equally unlucky and never find the units you require, losing the game as a result.

Sadly, that's exactly what happened to one DQA at a recent event. When the professional player failed to hit their Zed 3 after displaying great APM throughout their rerolling frenzy, it was a huge shock. After a record-breaking 81 rerolls in a single round, the player did not find enough units to complete his perfect board.

In Set 9 of TFT, the Zed reroll is one of the best combinations available. The comp consists of two assassins who serve as the primary carries in the composition, which mostly revolves around rerolling for Katarina and Zed. Since Katarina and Zed are both inexpensive units, players will want to roll at lower levels in order to obtain their 3-star versions.

DQA had just chosen the Think Fast augment, which gives players unlimited free rerolls for a limited time. The player made excellent use of the augment, rolling a total of 81 times in all as he looked for his units.

Prismatic augments

DQA rolled ferociously but was only able to accumulate 8 Zeds in total, falling one short of the coveted Zed 3. He was left extremely perplexed and shocked by his inability to hit Zed three with so many rolls. Fortunately, he did get the unit later in the game, but the notion of someone rerolling a TFT shop 81 times without being able to boost their team with a three-star unit is dumbfounding, to say the least.
