The list of affected champions includes Ahri, Anivia, Annie, Cassiopeia, Heimerdinger, Ivern, Karthus, LeBlanc, Lissandra, Neeko, Orianna, Rumble, Ryze, Singed, Syndra, Taliyah, Teemo, Twisted Fate, Veigar, Vel’Koz, Xerath, Zilean, and Zoe.

Janna Rework

Janna, the enchanter support with one of the longest-duration shields in her class, is undergoing significant adjustments in Patch 13.22. Riot Games aims to shift Janna's focus away from being solely a protector and bring back her more aggressive and enjoyable playstyle reminiscent of 2017.

To achieve this, Janna's W cooldown and cost have been reduced. Her passive now provides on-hit damage, and the shield decay on her E has been removed. However, it's not all buffs; her Q cooldown, cost, and damage have all been nerfed. The self-haste boost from her passive is gone, and her E duration has been decreased. These changes aim to make her gameplay more dynamic, focusing on her Q and W abilities, while also reducing her protective capabilities.
