How can I unlock the 4k Damage Legend's Wrath IV Badge in Apex Legends?
Hey everyone! Here at GG, we often help our customers get badges on various legends via Apex boosting, and one of the most popular badges is the 4K damage badge. Today, I'm excited to share the best tips on how you can earn the 4K Damage Badge. Let’s begin!
Play with Premades
Teamwork is key. Just like the 20 kills badge, playing with friends is crucial. Random teammates may not align with your goal, so having other players who understand what you’re aiming for is the key. You can even use services like FACEIT to find other Apex Legends players ready to start. You need coordinated attacks and cooperation. Your friends should help you deal damage while handling finishing blows and protect you during intense encounters.
Land Hot
Choose landing zones with high player density, such as hot zones or popular areas. Starting in a location with at least two teams increases the chances of early-game battles. Alternatively, land near a hot zone, loot quickly, and rush into the action for that sweet extra damage, and rack up some kills while you’re at it.
Thirst Knocked Down EnemiesSpeaking of taking kills, don’t be too eager to get them. Thirsting enemies (finishing off knocked opponents) adds an extra 100 damage per downed enemy. Make sure you capitalize on this by using your weapons rather than finishers to add a couple extra points on top of those 100. |
Never Stop Moving
If you've found good loot and some early-game damage, stay vigilant. Move towards gunfights you hear, or open the map to predict enemy locations. Head to populated zones, avoiding the map's edges, and engage in fights from the sides to boost your damage without risking an early death.
Start Out With Lower Ranged Weapons
Stick to weapons you're comfortable with, avoiding long-range options. Consider using close-range to mid-range weapons like a Prowler with a Flatline.
Shoot First, Ask Questions Later
Prioritize dealing damage over kills, you’re not here for the Apex Predator KDA, just for the badge. Focus on weakening enemies instead of eliminating them, allowing your teammates to secure the kills while boosting your damage counter.
Increase Your Range Later On
As the game progresses and you approach the 4K mark, switch to long-range weapons like Bocek or Longbow. Prioritize hitting shots and securing the last portion of damage without exposing yourself too much. Remember, you need to stay alive to deal damage.
Survive to Fight Another Day
Your survival is paramount. Don't get greedy for every point of damage. Being downed or killed breaks your streak, wastes time, and puts your chance at the 4K badge at risk.
Shoot, Don’t loot
Most of your loot should come from downed enemies, not from looting. Minimize time spent on roaming and looting to maximize your damage output. Keep shooting and boosting your damage meter, you can pick up a few trinkets once the firefight is over.
